Sayonara 宏ちゃん。。。
This post is dedicated to my best buddy, Koh-chan!
This is the time that I hate the most about joining SMUicon to buddy up with exchange students. Every year we have joy, we have fun and we have sweet memories. And the saddest time at the farewell too. This year, I was lucky cos my buddy didn't leave me in Singapore and I left him first. Some more, I came to his country which extended our time together. But, now is the time to say goodbye.
Pic 1: Kohsuke Aoki (my first image of Kohsuke cos he sent me this pic one day before his arrival in Singapore. But, it's not that difficult to find at the airport)
As most of my blog readers already knew, Kohsuke or Koh-chan is my buddy in 2006-07 from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU). He's my very first closest Japanese friend at SMU. A little bit intro about him: He's an otaku :p haha... otaku in cars, alcohol & baseball. oops! He likes chilli crab and karaoke as well.
After almost one year with him, he made my eyes busy on the street looking at latest cars. And, I started eating (what I once called food for kids) cereal and milk. Oh, I can drink more alcohol than 1 year ago. Not forgetting nice foods as well. I owed you Katong Laksa. Let's go and eat Laksa next time when you come to Singapore, ok?
Telling about my buddy won't be complete without mentioning that he's a very unique Japanese. If you think Japanese guys have funky hairs with different colors, shiny clothes with tight pants, leather shoes, glittering bag and shaved eyebrows, and like to watch anime, play video-games like mad and read manga, come and see my buddy. He doesn't do these weird things.

It's really nice knowing him. Although I was responsible for taking care of him in Singapore, I left Singapore early. Even before I left, it was him who took care of me cos he let my stay at his house when my rental contract was over before my departure to Japan. And, I should thank him for taking care of me again when I visited Gifu, his hometown. He's not like an irresponsible host like me. I can't be happy if I don't apologize for my childish and unhospitable behaviors on his last day of visit in Tokyo.

I should also thank him for giving me opportunity to talk to his girlfriend and other Japanese friends on skype although I was too useless to practise my Japanese at that time. It's fun, going to No Signboard to eat crabs with his girlfriend and to Geylang to eat durians with his friend, Kenji.
Well, time flied very fast. Now, my official responsibility as a buddy ended and I really have to say Sayonara to him. But, I hope we can still be best friends, like my other nice buddies - Patrick, Jongeun, etc. Anyway, I still have 2 more months to live in Japan.
Let's keep in touch!
Oh.... since I'm in Japan, I must say one more thing.... my buddy is type B! :p
