Toshiba & me

Looking at my title and my msn nick, you guys can guess my laptop is giving me another problem. I'm wondering if I did something so wrong to the boss of Toshiba in my previous life that I have a bad karma with Toshiba.

I spent 2 days to reformat my laptop at CIT in school. But they couldn't do it cos I don't have oringinal External CD drive (I bought it together with my laptop but it broke down one month after my warranty and guess what they said they don't repair external CD drive but just replace a new one if within warranty. So, that time I asked the price of a new external CD. It's $500 plus. KN*BC*B lah. So I bought Sony external DVD writer for $180 plus). But now the problem is non-Toshiba external CD drive cannot boot itself when reformatting. So the stupid CIT, after deleting my window partially, installed another window in my D drive and they couldn't find my tablet software so I couldn't use my tablet stylus pen.

Pissed of with CIT, I sent my laptop to Toshiba to reformat 2 days ago. The guy said I can collect it on the following day or at most within 2 days. So, I called and called and called everyday but today the guy said my Hard Disk's got some problems and they are replacing a new hard disk for me but I have to wait for 2 weeks (Btw, I had to wait for 1 month to get my new battery from them although it's under warranty).

Any anti-Toshiba people please give your comments ok?
