花ざかりの君たちへ

I don't feel like blogging these few days. Lately I'm busy watching 花樣少年少女 on http://www.crunchyroll.com. The story is based on a Japanese manga, 花ざかりの君たちへ. Channel U is airing this show on weekdays from 7 to 8, I guess. I only caught one episode on Channel U and was sick of the censorship. You guys can watch uncensored version on crunchyroll or youtube. But the last episode is not uploaded yet, so you've gotta wait.

The story is about a girl who loves a high-jumper disguises herself as a boy and studies at all-boy school where the guy is studying. He happens to be her roommate and has found out that she's a girl. There is another guy who's her best friend and eventually falls in love with her withouting knowing she is a girl. He's struggling for his sexual orientation without knowing the person he loves is a girl. And how does the love triangle story end? I also don't know cos I'm still waiting for the last episode.

From left to right:

Jiro (Xiu Yi): Rui Xi's best friend who thinks himself as a gay cos he loves Rui Xi who is a guy in his mind.

Ella (Rui Xi): the female lead who disguised herself into a boy to stay with Chun.

Zun (Chun): a famous high-jumper, Rui Xi's idol, who's inspired her to lose weight from 70+ kg into this skinny girl.

Ella and Jiro never fail to amuse me in the show. I was trying my best not to laugh out loud in the library haha... although Kohsuke is sick of me cos I'm laughing all the time while he's studying beside me. I wanna watch the Japanese version if there is. It should be more funny to watch their roles in Japanese contexts.
