Old pics
I received my camera back from Japan. Thanks to Jin for sending it to service center on my behalf and Hiroko for bringing it back to Singapore. Friends are really nice! Without them, I have to pay $180 to repair it at Canon Service Centre in Singapore although my domestic warranty of 1 year in Japan is still valid.
Here are some photos taken with the repaired camera:
KTV in JB
So cheap! And many Japanese songs. I was surprised by Greg who can sing Stefanie's song with his low pitch voice. So far I haven't seen any guys among exchange students from China, HK or Taiwan who can sing quite well. Most of the times, it was HK girls who amazed us, especially Karen and Vince (my 2 Stefanie friends) and Hetty (my Penny Dai friend from PRC). In the past I used to go to KTV with Hong Kees but they always sing Cantonese songs. Even if they sing Mandarin, some are not very familiar to me cos I like to listen to Taiwanese singers more. So this time I went to KTV with Taiwanese friends but again they sing old Hokkien songs :p But quite funny! I'm quite paiseh to sing Mandarin songs in front of them cos I didn't do my homework to practice to pronounce correctly haha... When I go to KTV with HK friends, they also sometimes very blurred cos some learn Mandarin one or two yrs before coming to S'pore. What about my S'pore friends? They are also the same. Some of them can't even read Traditional characters properly. Some of my S'porean friends are quite surprised that I can sing a lot of Chinese songs cos they have problems of reading the traditional characters on the screen. But, they didn't know that I can only read Traditional characters and not simplified ones. :p Anyway, Greg helped me a lot to hint me the correct pronunciation while I'm singing. :D Stacy (Tracy or Sexy = her nicknames) has a cute voice despite her giant height. She's in fact taller than me :( It's quite fun to sing with Jammy as well. I can't find the correct tune for myself haha.. But, her super monotonous voice matches with May Day's song or even Wu Bai's. On contrary, the thin body of George actually has super high pitch.

Pic 2: Greg, Stacy and George (censored version!)
Pic 3: Super high Greg (we call him Z-Chen cos they look alike) and George
Pic 4: Ms Wu Bai @ Jammy @ 寂寞的Ji Mi (her name Jammy was changed to Jimmy or sometimes ji mi cos of her Indian landlord) So they were teasing her while singing 寂寞的季節 by 陶喆.
Pic 5: 學妹 Stacy, is Jammy's singing that funny? I miss Japan when they call her 學妹 cos she's their junior. This type of senior-junior relationship doesn't exist in SMU. Usually Taiwanese and Japanese call their senior 學長/學姊 or 先輩. The funny thing is the senior can call junior's name, but they call her 學妹 and she doesn't call them 學長/學姊.

Pic 2: 超セクシーな ハッちゃん
Pic 3: ハッちゃんと下着
But, I got Ha-chan an underwear first, lest Ha-chan will be dirty cos of our dirty fingers. Should I get a leather costume or see-through one aka the crystal clothes for Ha-chan?
