After 7 years, Lee Hom finally made it! His 2nd Award for the Best Male Singer in 17th Golden Melody Award, Taiwan for his "Heros of Earth" Album. He should have gotten this award so many times especially for "The One & Only" Album but that year was very competitive but last year his "Shangri-la" Album made him the only strong singer among nominees except Jay Chou whose appearance as the announcer gave more possibility to Lee Hom. But the award went to Huang Li Xin, not Wang Li Hong but the stupid Karen Mok messed up and announced wrongly as Wang Li Xin, embarassing Lee Hom to come to the stage.

This year Karen Mok became the announcer again with Huang Li Xin. So, it's a bit predictable that Lee Hom would win the award although Jacky Cheung and David Tao are also among the nominees with Wu Ke Qun and 2 others singers whom I don't know.
