Boyfriend

I finally found Boyfriend by Crystal Kay on Youtube. I don't know why no one posts Boyfriend Part 1 which is slower than Part 2 and you can really feel how her voice matches R&B. This is a really old song but I started listening to Crystal only after I came back from Japan though Kohsuke gave me her whole album last year. Anyway, thanks to Koh-chan for giving me GBs of Japanese songs haha... I anyhow transferred it into my mp3 and found this song my favorite.

I can't find her MV for this slow version. (There are 2 other versions: English & Faster Japanese version) but thanks to this Anime fan who created a clip with her song. I don't know whether or not the quality of the sound in this MV is bad or I have a different slow version of Boyfriend. I think even this one is also not very good.



Why do I like Crystal?
1) Her powerful voice
2) R&B
3) She is not Japanese, but an Afro-Korean.

Her dad is an American African and her mum is a Korean but she lives in Japan and sings Japanese song. How wonderful she is!
