Farewell season

It's time to say goodbye to exchange students again. After Ji Hye, second farewell is for Tina who left yesterday. After 16 hrs, Kelvin will be gone too.

I can't believe it's their first time to Long Bar.

Before Peanuts battle began

Singapore Sling is not strong enough. So we bought beers and went to their house (Kelvin, Tina & Amaury) and drank until 4:30 am. It's a nice and long chat with them. I was surprised by Kelvin who knows detailed history of Japan & Sim who is also a J-freak like me. Poor Tina was sleepy while Amaury was alseep cos he had to go to the airport at 5 plus.

Woke up at 11 plus, we went to one food court behind Kuppage Plaza, bought Bak Kuh Teh packets at Carre Four and sent Tina off at the airport. Sim asked me whether I'm sad cos every term I have to say goodbye to exchange students. I was sad, very sad, when my first ever buddy Jungeun and other adopted buddies - Pat, Arthur, YJ, Haga, etc. went back. Now, I'm used to this feeling. In the past, I knew I was sad seeing them off but didn't realize that they were even more sad than those who sent them off cos they had to leave this country, school, friends and, most importantly, their memories.

Anyways, goodbye Tina! Hope to see you in HK next year!

Time to go to bed now before I oversleep and miss Kelvin's flight later.
