Piss of the day

This is not about HSBC. I'm just pissed off with someone over personal issues.

Exchange students whom I know told me I'm the best ever buddy they've seen in SMU 'cos they even see me more than their own buddies. Yes, I'm nice to them and even closer to them more than my local Singaporean friends. Living in Singapore alone, I understand their feelings and needs as an international students which locals often overlook.

But, being nice is not unlimited. I don't want a gratitude from them but an honest friendship and mutual trust. But some exchange students totally piss me off. They think it's my/our obligations to pick them up from the airport, look for house and help everything they need including listening to their phone call if they feel lonely at night. These are what a buddy should do but not must do. Although some buddies don't even do a single thing and even fly off for exchange within few weeks after their buddy arrives, there are people who devoted their life to exchange students like Claudine who's like the mother of ang moh students solving every single need of them and SQ the father of Korea students. I also try to be as nice as them, especially to Japanese, but some just don't have respects although majority of Japanese students to nice this year except for some outliers who are so rude not only in Singapore context but in Asia or even in Japanese culture. No wonder they are so anti-social and other exchange students also avoid them after hearing their scandals within 1 month of their arrival. Don't spoil the image of international students or at least your own nationality in Singapore. My friends say Japanese are perverted. I always reply "what you've seen or hear in the media is not true". They are not that bad. But, I need to add this to my reply. "They are not that bad but except for that person" who not only possess all bad things associated with Japanese but also other bad habits of chinese, indian, malay, ang mohs.

I can be nice but within my own limit to certain people. Don't blame for my bitchiness if you are so mean to me in the first place! At least I'm still a Chinese who've grown up watching Chinese martial arts series where revenge is the only mean to an end. You'll see what you can get from me! Scorpios may be too small but they can be poisonous. Playing with them can be lethal sometimes.
